Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state they are working in.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Five years’ clinical experience in a clinical setting, with at least two years in nursing; charge or supervisory experience within the last twelve months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Transfer Center, physicians, family members and other teams to expedite throughput and processes.
• Provides clinical expert resources in wound care, wound vac, IV, and related therapies; responds to rapid responses and code events.
• Represents administration in resolving complex patient, family, and physician concerns with timely follow-up.
• Supports Nursing Unit Leadership; facilitates staff in-service and ensures resource availability and staff coverage.
• Coordinates staffing and resource allocation across units; manages flex pool, contract staff, and inter-unit communications.
• Participates in PI activities and supports research projects within the division.
