Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Maple Dell in Payson, UT is hiring RNs (or LPNs with Utah license) to provide direct nursing care in a resident-focused unit. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise CNAs and other staff.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Utah RN or LPN license.
• Ability to assess residents and develop care plans.
• Ability to work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other staff.
• Contribute to care coordination with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety.
