Qualifications

• Active Utah RN or LPN license.
• Ability to assess residents and develop care plans.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and long-term care regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Basic computer skills including email use.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Positive attitude and desire to work with aging population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel in care delivery.
• Provide care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
