Job summary

Avamere is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care at Medford, OR. The role includes assessing residents, administering medications, monitoring health, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement efforts. An active RN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification active during employment.
• Experience preferred in long-term care, geriatric rehab, sub-acute, or critical care.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Monitor vital signs and coordinate care with physicians and staff.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; provide staff training.
