Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR/BLS certification required or active.
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments timely per policies.
• Transcribe orders and document progress notes clearly.
• Coordinate rehab program with therapists for resident needs.
• Support CNA staff and ensure timely documentation.
