Job summary
Copperfield Health and Rehabilitation in Concord, NC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, weekends) and a competitive rate of pay plus shift differentials.

Qualifications
- Active state RN license.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds; stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with passion for senior care and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Plan and monitor nursing interventions based on individual needs.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate families and residents on care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per policy.
- Transcribe orders and document progress accurately.
- Identify changes in condition and report to supervisor.
- Follow skin management protocols and monitor skin changes.
- Coordinate with therapists to support rehabilitation needs.
- Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed on time.
