Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany in Indiana is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for skilled nursing. We offer $36.00–$39.00/hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time team members, with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, including a Weekend Warrior Program.

You’ll provide resident-centered care, administer medications, document care plans, and work closely with physicians, leadership, and the interdisciplinary team to maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact (required).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; resident-centered care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
