Job summary

Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in our local community. This in-person role offers a pay range of $36–$39 per hour plus incentives for nights and designated shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

You will deliver care, administer medications, document care accurately, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or a multi-state license.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Observe residents for changes and report updates to the care team.
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
