Job summary

Central City Health, Inc. is seeking an RN Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day site operations at a clinical location in Detroit, MI. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, patient access, and efficient workflows rather than direct bedside care.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize patient flow and ensure adherence to organizational standards, reporting to non-clinical Front-End Operations while maintaining collaborative clinical relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ healthcare operations or staffing/scheduling management experience; direct clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Role is operational, reporting to non-clinical leadership while collaborating with clinical leadership.

The RN Site Operations Manager provides operational leadership and oversight of day-to-day activities at an assigned clinical site, with responsibility for staffing, scheduling, coverage, patient access, and efficient site operations. The RN Site Operations Manager works collaboratively with clinical, nursing, and operational leadership to support effective patient flow, appropriate staffing, and coordinated clinical workflows while ensuring operational practices align with organizational standards and priorities. Although the position requires active RN licensure, the primary focus of the role is site operations and workforce management rather than direct clinical practice.

• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ healthcare operations or staffing/scheduling management experience; direct clinical nursing experience preferred but the role's day-to-day function is operational, not bedside/clinical.
• Comfort operating with a primary reporting line to non-clinical (Front-End Operations) leadership while maintaining a professional, collaborative relationship with clinical/nursing leadership on practice questions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage front-desk/patient-access operations, incld. scheduling systems and coverage planning.
