Job summary

Royal Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown, RI is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality care in our skilled nursing facility. You will assess needs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, resident-centered services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in the state.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and resident-centered approach.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health problems and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation per regulations (HIPAA).
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
