Signature HealthCARE of Erin is seeking a seasoned RN to join our team in Erin, Tennessee. You will deliver direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate admissions and discharges, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in TN (state of practice).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (AHA or Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities and staff education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
