Signature HealthCARE of Erin is a 164-bed facility in Erin, TN seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and help develop resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

We offer a $9,000 sign-on bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth. An active TN RN license and strong clinical judgment are required; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Tennessee.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care, medication administration, wound care, and skilled procedures.
• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides per policy.
• Monitor residents' status and report changes to physicians and families.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record and coordinate admissions/discharges.
• Participate in QA activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
