Signature HealthCARE of Erin is seeking Registered Nurses for a rewarding role in a 164-bed facility. We offer a generous sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow with a family-based organization committed to resident-centered care.

RN candidates must maintain an active license in Tennessee, have strong clinical and supervisory skills, and be proficient in care planning and documentation. Strong patient advocacy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (AHA or Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, med administration, and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including meds and wound care.
• Assist with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and med aides during shift.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities and staff education.
