Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, NM is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and lead clinical operations. The ADON will oversee nursing services, staff development, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

The role requires an RN license in NM, strong clinical expertise, and proven leadership.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership preferred.
• Experience with nursing leadership, supervision, or ADON roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily clinical leadership alongside the Director of Nursing.
• Oversee nursing operations and staffing across shifts.
• Monitor care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff; manage performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
