The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Albion delivers individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) and collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

This role may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, maintaining safe, quality care within state practice standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multi-state license).

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
