Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Albion is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in state where practice occurs or multistate licensure.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Experience with resident-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and interventions.
