The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Albion is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

You will coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide education while maintaining standards of practice and complying with state licensure. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as needed; a

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board of nursing or multistate licensure in NLC state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
