Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Delaware

Responsabilités

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections)
• Perform wound care and manage pain
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient changes
• Create and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers
• Educate patients and families about care plans
• Document health status and care provided
• Oversee delegated tasks to LPNs and CNAs
