Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care to residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing ongoing therapy or long-term care. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

This role offers premium pay rates, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, and a $2/hr shift differential for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Delaware.
• Demonstrates professional and clinical leadership qualities.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, references, and a physical.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications by oral, topical, IV, and injectable routes.
• Provide wound care, pain management, and dressing changes.
• Perform health assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and family.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Document health status, care provided, and resident progress in records.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
