• Administer medications, including oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Perform wound care and manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Create and execute care plans tailored to residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care.
• Educate families and residents on health status and care.
• Document patient interactions and care provided.
• Oversee duties of LPNs and CNAs.
