Job summary

Vertical Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding team in a leading long-term care organization. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, mentoring staff, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out medication management and ensure adequate supplies per company policy.
• Notify physicians and family of significant changes in health condition.
• Promptly report incidents, accidents, and adverse events to Administrator/Director of Nursing.
• Document and address accidents, incidents, grievances per policies and regulations.
• Uphold residents' rights and confidentiality of health information.
