Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Missouri in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds on assigned shift to direct and evaluate nursing services and priorities.
• Communicate with unit manager about data and unit issues.
• Identify high-risk Veterans and inform staff.
• Document accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise, recruit, and coach nursing staff.
