Qualifications

• Active Missouri nursing license in good standing.
• Graduate nurse may practice under MO Board rules for up to 90 days or until licensure results are received.

Responsibilities

• Assess, organize, and plan staff duties on assigned shift on assigned unit.
• Assess needs of Veterans and ensure services align with their needs.
• Implement Veteran MDS and care plans per healthcare protocol.
• Make rounds with the physician and communicate patient status and orders.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations in EMR.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with follow-up.
