Starting pay is $36.00 per hour, with shifts Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am to 7pm. Benefits include health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of sterile processing, venipuncture, and pain management.
• Excellent communication for staff, patients, and families.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in discharge planning and airway management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee medication administration and monitor responses to treatments.
• Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Facilitate discharge planning for smooth transitions.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
