The role includes supervising nursing staff, managing documentation, and coordinating with Nursing Assistants to deliver high-quality long-term care. Ohio licensure and CPR certification are required, with 1+ year of LTAC experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long Term Care.

Cedarview is seeking an experienced full-time RN Supervisor for the night shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor:

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license and current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long Term Care.

Skills and Qualities:

• In-depth knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements pertaining to long-term care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
