Cedarview is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the night shift on our memory care unit. This role supervises nursing staff to ensure safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Degree, an active Ohio RN license with CPR certification, and at least one year of Long Term Care experience. We offer competitive wages and robust benefits for a full-time role.

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor:

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license and current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long Term Care.

Skills and Qualities:

• In-depth knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements pertaining to long-term care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
