Job summary

The Oaks at Denville in Denville, NJ is seeking a full-time RN House Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities and ensure the highest quality of care in alignment with federal, state, and local standards. The RN will supervise the night shift and coordinate care plans for residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NJ RN license, CPR certification, and 2 years of LTC/AL experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NJ RN license.
• CPR certification.
• 2 years’ experience in a LTC or AL setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of nursing services per regulations and policies.
• Conduct health assessments on new residents.
• Plan care with resident, family, and physician.
• Start IVs and collect specimens as ordered.
• Monitor medication passes and treatments.
• Provide coaching and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee LPNs.
