Job summary

The Oaks at Denville, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Denville, NJ, is seeking a full-time RN House Supervisor to supervise day-to-day nursing activities and ensure high-quality care in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, planning care with families and physicians, and overseeing nursing staff, with shifts from 3pm-11pm. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a LTC or AL setting required.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly deliver nursing services in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Conduct health assessments on new residents at admission or prior to admission.
• Consult with resident, family and physician to plan care and rehabilitation.
• Start IVs, collect specimens, and coordinate treatments as ordered.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules for accuracy.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance evaluations to nursing staff.
• Oversee the LPNs.
