Job summary

Opis-Senior-Services-Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities across all shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). The role ensures care quality under the Director of Nursing, with a sign-on bonus of $8000 for full-time employment.

Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, leading shift meetings, identifying care issues, and coordinating services to support continuity of care. Must hold an RN license and CPR/BLS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• Peripheral IV (IV) certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
