Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required and RN license in Illinois.
• 3 years RN experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Telemetry competency and basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations and oversee staff daily.
• Coordinate patient care ensuring safety and acuity-based assignments.
• Manage staffing and scheduling per shift.
• Collaborate with educators and managers on staff orientation.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
