Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• 3+ years RN experience.
• Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Telemetry competency.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily unit operations and staff staffing.
• Coordinates and monitors patient care to ensure safety.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and unit costs.
• Leads staff meetings and orientates new staff.
