Job summary

Southern Pines Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, supervising nursing staff during assigned shifts and ensuring care meets standards. This role offers impact, collaboration, and professional growth in a supportive environment.

We provide both full-time and part-time positions with shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a, plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Responsibilities include monitoring care, leading shift meetings, and coordinating with resident

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license required in the state of employment.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English language proficiency; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective actions.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
