Home Helpers Home Care of Belmont is seeking a Service Supervisor RN who will lead clinical operations, mentor caregivers, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, compliant in‑home care for seniors across our Belmont service area. You will build relationships with clients and families, coordinate plans of care, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license required.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience (home care, hospice, geriatrics, case management, or community health preferred).
• Strong assessment and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout service area.
• Proficient with computers and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized Plans of Care.
• Complete supervisory visits, reassessments, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with North Carolina home care regulations and Home Helpers standards.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate caregivers.
• Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving support to caregivers in the field.
• Collaborate with scheduling staff to ensure appropriate caregiver matches.
