Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and lead the nursing team, with weekends and rotating shifts.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, Missouri RN license.
• 1–2 years in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Experience with EHR preferred.
• Compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents' needs.
• Administer meds and treatments per orders.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdiscilary team.
• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Document in the electronic health record.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort.
