Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. You will oversee the care and well-being of our residents and lead a team of nurses and caregivers to maintain the highest standards of quality care.

This weekend-focused, full-time role offers competitive wages, a shift differential of up to $4/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), PTO/holiday pay, maternity leave, and health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Missouri.
• Experience supervising a nursing team in care settings.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nurses and caregivers, ensuring high standards of care.
• Coordinate care plans and individualized strategies with the healthcare team.
• Monitor resident progress and address changes or concerns.
• Provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff for growth.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nurses and caregivers, ensuring that the highest standards of care are being delivered to our residents
• Coordinate care plans and develop individualized care strategies for residents, in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor resident progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and growth
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, evaluating and improving care processes and outcomes
