Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program and maintain RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for residents, families, and staff.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial assessments and moves-in service agreements for residents.
• Maintains medical records, timely assessments, and current care plans.
• Ensures physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Monitors medication administration and coordinates with physicians.
• Provides health training to staff and ensures regulatory compliance.
