Grand Village in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, is seeking a Part time Registered Dietitian/Dining Manager to lead nutrition care, menu development, and dining operations for our aging residents. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from ACEND-accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Registered Dietitian and Minnesota license.
• Current valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures including regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes proper meal plans aligned with care plans and resident preferences.
• Evaluates health and diet needs of residents.
• Explains food and nutrition concepts; calculates nutritional requirements.
• Documents in medical records and collaborates with the care team.
• Directs dining staff on portions, nutrition needs, and dining safety protocols.
• Audits kitchen sanitation and ensures quality meals are served.
