Job summary

Grand Village in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, is hiring a Registered Nurse Lead for a part-time 12-hour day shift schedule, every other weekend. The pay rate is $38–$41 per hour, and the role focuses on implementing and managing the Nursing Care Process on the unit while supervising staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident care from admission to discharge, completing assessments, administering medications, and ensuring infection control and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state where working.
• Current valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow safety rules, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all resident care from admission to discharge.
• Complete assessments and documentation; delegate data collection.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' condition.
• Supervise nursing staff; provide training and performance feedback.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards on the unit.
• Practice professional nursing per standards.
