Job summary

The Good Samaritan – Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking an RN to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN will coordinate care, resident assessment and education and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks as appropriate to licensed and unlicensed staff, in accordance with state rules and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with applicable state board.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized resident care with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinates care, resident assessment, education and other nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse.
