Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of health needs.

This PRN position offers flexible shifts (days, evenings and nights) with 6 shifts per month and two weekend shifts plus holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Must be capable of providing care across all phases of preventative care and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.
