The Laurels of Forest Glenn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care in our Garner, NC community. You will supervise LPNs/CNAs/STNAs, ensure safe medication administration, and implement care plans while delivering compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education.
• Supervise care by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes; implement orders.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA) and care planning.
