Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple is seeking a Full-time Seasonal Registered Nurse for an experienced Labor and Delivery team. This 13-week contract offers Day Shifts, 36 hours per week, and a completion bonus of $1500.

Qualifications

• 1 Year - Current Labor and Delivery RN experience required.
• A degree from a recognized nursing program.
• A valid Registered Nurse license.
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments following practice standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for patients and families.
• Create a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in health status promptly.
