Preferred Doctorate with a Master's in Nursing; 2+ years nursing leadership experience; RN licensure and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Nursing leadership and mentoring experience in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of research methods and evidence-based practice.
• Familiarity with research funding processes and dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and facilitates nursing research activities to advance clinical practice.
• Provides mentoring for abstract submissions, posters, publications, and project ideas.
• Develops a strategic plan to grow clinical research and education.
• Provides consultation on research questions and project development.
