AdventHealth Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in an acute care setting. You will adhere to medication safety policies and maintain professional rapport with physicians, patients and families.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of acute care experience, an Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and an active RN license. You will participate in care planning, documentation, and quality improvement while adhering to CDC

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Must have NCLEX pass letter and/or active license.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to medication safety policies.
• Maintains rapport with physicians, patients, and families.
• Evaluates the nursing plan of care.
• Communicates patient responses to the nursing plan to the team.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrates accurate documentation and monitoring.
