Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research required
• CCRP/CCRC certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages the delivery of safe care with regard for the dignity and respect of all patients/participants.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of the clinical research team, including oversight of productivity and staffing schedules.
• Leads the Talent Acquisition process, team development, and performance management of research team members.
• Serves as a service line expert and resource for the research team, addressing barriers during day-to-day operations.
• Develops and maintains SOPs and ensures compliance of operations teams with established processes.
