Job summary

Ro Health is seeking qualified RNs to join our team for school-nurse positions in Durham and surrounding areas in Wake County, NC.

Positions: Full Time, PRN; Shift varies 7 AM–3 PM or 4 PM. Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends. ASAP start. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license (Compact License accepted).
• Passion for excellent pediatric patient care.

Responsibilities

• Working in the health office with patients that have one or more of the following (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabeties, seizures)
• Distributing medication to students with a med pass
• Working 1:1 with a patient directly in the school with one or more of the following conditions (G-tube, NG Tube, trach, catheter, diabetes, seizures, Cerebral Palsy)
• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
• Assist with lifting, transporting, and diapering as needed
• Assist with ADLs as needed
• Providing coverage during busing as needed

Ro Health is currently hiring qualified RN's to join our staff and work in public schools all around Durham, Wake County, and surrounding areas!

Position Details:

• Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education
• Locations available include: Durham & Wake County
• Positions Available: Full Time, PRN
• Shift: Varies, anywhere between 7 AM - 3/4 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday, no holidays, weekends, or nights
• Target Start Date: ASAP
