Job summary

Ro Health is hiring a qualified RN to support students in the Spring Lake Park School District in Minnesota. This full-time, in-person role offers a weekday day shift, competitive pay starting at $36/hour, and opportunities for credential development.

You will manage care for students with chronic conditions, coordinate with healthcare providers, teachers, and families, and maintain accurate health records. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and commuter assistance.

Qualifications

• MN state RN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current negative TB result required.
• 1 year of school nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Frequent bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
