Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Risk Manager / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead clinical quality and risk mitigation in an on-site long-term care setting. The role requires direct experience investigating and reporting accidents to the Department of Health (DOH) and collaboration with the Director of Nursing to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state, 3+ years in long-term care, and hands-on DOH reporting experience.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience submitting accident and incident reportables directly to the DOH.
• 3+ years of RN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or sub-acute facility.
• Experience as ADON, Risk Manager, QI Coordinator, or Clinical Supervisor in long-term care.
• Knowledge of DOH reporting mandates, state surveys, and risk containment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the investigation, documentation, and reporting of all accidents, incidents, and reportable events to the DOH.
• Partner with the DON to oversee daily nursing operations and maintain high clinical quality.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and lead state survey readiness.
• Educate and train nursing staff on safety protocols and incident documentation.
