Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assists in regulatory surveys and CMS reporting.
• Manages internal event reporting system and timely adverse event reporting.
• Reviews events for data completeness and accuracy; follow-up within three days.
• Identifies, investigates, and reports sentinel events and participates in root cause analyses.
