Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Respiratory Intermediate Care Unit at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. This part-time role runs 7p–7a and offers a 24-hour work week with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

You will work on a 25-bed unit providing telemetry monitoring and ventilator support for diverse medical, surgical, and cardiac patients. Collaboration, safety, and high-quality patient care are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Requires 1 year minimum of Medical/Surgical nursing experience to be considered.
• Vent experience highly desired

Responsabilités

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
